1950's~ MUFFIE or GINNY DOLL~ 2 DRESSES / OUTFIT~ MIX 'N MATCH ~ NANCY ANN-VOGUE

Description

Up for your consideration is a little mix and match auction I have put together. It is two dress and then panties, socks and shoes. You can match up either dress with the accessories and have an outfit. So, you are really getting two outfits for the price of one. You will receive the two dress, a pair of panties, socks and shoes to make one complete outfit with either dress. Please look at all the photos and use the enlarger as the photos are part of my description. If you have any questions, please ask them before you bid.
The pink and white gingham checkered taffeta dress came on a Muffie and is made the same way Nancy Ann made the Muffie dresses in the later 1950's. It looks a lot like the #405-5 dress on page 147 in the Muffie book but, this dress has different trim. This dress has the same white lace trim around the sleeves but has a white band with a blue embroidered design around the skirt. Two rows of this same trim run across the front of the bodice. It closes in the back with a large white painted donut snap. This dress is in very nice condition with no holes, tears or stains. Even the snap is nice. A beautiful little dress.
The striped dress also came on a Muffie but, it is not a Nancy Ann dress. I just thought it was pretty and added it to this auction. The cotton dress has red, yellow and blue vertical stripes. There is a large organdy bertha collar with beautiful lace trim that matches the wide organdy hem with this same beautiful lace trim. A red satin ribbon is sewn into the waist to tie in the back. This dress is also in very nice condition with no holes, tears or stains. The red ribbon tie is frayed but, the dress is gorgeous!
The vintage white panties have lace trim. There are two small holes in the back but, the front is perfect. The waist elastic is still very nice.
The variegated blue socks can go with either dress. They are my favorite replacement socks because you can scrunch them down for that 1950's look. They are brand new.
The white side-button Mary Jane shoes are "Ginnette" shoes with flat soles.They are in very good condition with knobs and straps intact.
Shipping is .00 by First Class Mail and includes tracking. I will carefully pack all this in a small box so it arrives safe and sound to you.
