Just over 21mm, this button is listed in Tice as RF212/215 A16. Horstmann & Sons, Phi. backmark. Non dug, and an interesting variation with a large "R". There is a push to the back and the shank is bent. Honest patina. I guarantee the button to be of Civil War period.
